You receive your own private, hosted website built specifically for managing your collection. We handle hosting, updates, and maintenance for you.

Everything is already set up for you. You simply log in, add your items, and manage your collection through an easy-to-use dashboard.

Yes.
Your Village Collector site is private and secure. Only you (and anyone you choose to share access with) can view or manage your inventory.

Serious Collectors and Legacy & Estate Collectors are provided this feature as part of their plan. Starter Collectors can purchase a one-time export for $10 done by the administrator. 
You can export your full inventory — or filtered views — to CSV at any time. This is useful for insurance, estate planning, appraisals, or personal records.

Yes. We offer optional, paid import services to help you get started faster if your collection data already exists in another format.

Available Import Options

• Spreadsheet Imports ($25)

  We can import data from Excel, Google Sheets, or CSV files containing up to 500 records.

• Typed Notes Imports ($50)

  If your collection exists as typed notes or documents (up to 10 pages), we can manually convert and import that data into Village Collector.

Important Notes

• Import services are optional add-ons and not included with standard subscriptions.

• For typed notes, content must be clearly readable. If the source material is faint, unclear, or incomplete and cannot be reasonably imported, the service fee will be fully refunded.

• Import scope is limited to the record counts noted above. Larger imports may require custom pricing.

Each item supports detailed purchase history, including:

Your dashboard automatically summarizes this data.

Yes.
Each inventory item supports multiple images, including close-ups and packaging photos. This is ideal for documentation and insurance purposes. Each imager must be 3MB or smaller in size to be uploaded. Each plan has the maximum amount of upload storage space that is allowed for that tier.
